  • 2 GB hard-disk space
  • Internet connection (recomended for updates , more software and language support)

Some hardware vendors don't provide Linux drivers for their hardware and, therefore, problems may occur while using this hardware on Linux. You can minimize such problems if:

  • avoid hardware marked as Win-Hardware such as winmodems
  • Don't run whith the newest network or sound card models;
  • you can ask your PC vendor for Linux certified peripherals.
